[MC-41243] Spawner in desert

I created this map on Singleplayer as a Survival map and then uploaded it on my server and this is what has happened when we were exploring the world. Also there were some letters over the desert, we found H and J, and as you can see my friend said that he swears that it wasn't him that made that holes in Croatian language..

Thats on a server. Any person could have done that.

Well, the spawner is a dungeon, that's a natural world generation feature. Nice loot too, iron horse armor.
As for the letters, please provide the seed and coordinates (if they spawned naturally). If they are not, then I suspect what Classified said; someone else on the server dug them out.
