So when i pick up entitys like flowers the glitch happens

So I was going to collect a lot of flowers and saplings for a garden and for more trees in all 1.7 versions

But when I picked something up like a flower or ladder and such all blocks go black everything but the sky and my person all i have re installed so many times it doesn't seem to do anything. Maybe it is having another conflict with something

Honestly i don't know how it happened in the first place i really want to play but keep having this bug please help 😞 😞 😞
