[MC-4171] Minecraft graphic issue

Ive had this issue sence I got the game back in 1.2.8 I think, and I never bothered to report it. Ive searched it, and I can not find it anywhere... I have these giant lines/squares that cut off my vision depending on which way I face, and it changes all the time... Also my signs and chests turn with my screen, and are blue. One more thing, mobs are only shown about half the time I load up the game, and when they do show, about an hour or so later, they disappear... pictures bellow

Is your graphics driver up to date? Do you have any mods installed?

Please update your Java, the on you use is outdated.

And please press while in game F3 + C for 10 seconds for a forced crash and attach the resulting crash report here.

can I just uninstall the mod, and post new screenshots? Because it has the same problems w/out mods...

Update your graphics card drivers.
Your's is showing Open GL 3.3, but current drivers for your card have Open GL 4.2.
Otherwise the Mojang Support Center has links providing more help.
