[MC-41773] Blocks (for example: tall grass) when replaced by an other block plays destroying sound and show particles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place tall grass
2. Place water where the grass is
3. Voila, the grass emits particles, and breaking sound.

Occurs with any entity that can be broken by water: redstone dust, plants, torches, etc. Can confirm (see screenshot).
