You are connected to a network when you are connecting to the server, you disconnect from the network while minecraft is still trying to connect to the server, then this error comes up with the IP.
I hope this isn't a duplicate but I looked it up and it didn't come up with any results.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" tab of the launcher after the error occured (you can delete the IPs if needed).
Click the text, press CTRL-A to select all, then CTRL-C to copy, and CTRL-V to paste in a comment on this ticket.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
