When I try to livestream from my migrated account from the TwitchTV integration in Minecraft, it says I must migrate my account in order to access the livestreaming feature.

I am having the SAME exact issue. As I JUST added my Twitch.tv account (MNWS) and I had already had a Mojang account. I launched AFTER I had added my twitch account. My in-game name is TheBeasts and I am using the launcher version 1.3.6. Thanks to you for your time.
I'm getting this issue also on version 1.7.4. Profile name is Andrio_Celos; launcher version is 1.3.6 under Windows 7, 64-bit and Java version 1.7.0_40.

The Minecraft accounts 'Lazi_bones' and 'MillerTheKiller' are not migrated to Mojang accounts. The game is telling you this, you have to migrate your accounts to mojang accounts.
After doing this I am told that I need to purchase the game first. I have
purchased the game over a year ago.
I have a transaction number for proof. I am not sure if this is the proper place to display the transaction number though.
