[MC-41973] Lag like hell

I came on today and saw the new version, downloaded it and BAM! my usual 30-40 fps, dropped to an atrociously terrible 5 fps! Please for the love of god get this sorted, or i wont be able to play minecraft 😞

Does your computer meet the minimum specs for Minecraft?

Thats it? Did you try to tweak anything before and after?

Patrick Y, what u dnt understand is my minecraft has been working fine on this computer for 3 months now, but i updat to 1.7.4 and boom lower fps, lowest settings possible and everything, but i havent been on today, so maybe it was a glitch on my computer yesterday
