Links cannot be clicked on serves when they are supposed to

What I expected to happen was, when i typed in a link in the chat it could be clicked by my friends, and it's pretty wierd because it says in the 1,7.2 update, i quote: ''+ Links in chat are now clickable''...:

What actually happened was, the links could not be clicked...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in a link for example a youtube video
2. Click on it in chat
3. Nothing happens
