Render severally bugs on low-tier computer

SIne the last launcher update I got rendering errors, such massive artifacts covering all the screen and the inventory, but not in the game GUI (crosspoint and hotbar). Also, after playng 2-3 minutes the blocks texture gone, seeming a x-ray glitch, even block icons dissapear in inventory, but not on items. Neither configuration in video settings fix it. Sine my PC is a little bit scrappy I think that it affects it, maybe the massive lag I have (~15 fps with lucky)

Steps:
1) Enter in game
2) Launch any version (modded or not)
3) Play for a few minutes
4) The error appear itself.

Also appears after removing any block
