[MC-429] when a bat fly throw the water its get stuck and it will stay stuck

the bat flyed throw the water or something and now its stuck and i wont fly away.
its just stuck in the air
and a few min later it disapeard ;o

It looks like this thinks there is a block there and it is hanging from the block.

I've seen bats hanging in mid-air also.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
