Spiders don't spawn with invisibility anymore

In 1.6 snapshot 13w24a they made spiders so that they could spawn with invisibility, i'm not sure at what point this no longer happened, but it wasn't mentioned in the changelog of any future updates that this feature was removed, it was simply forgotten and they never seem to spawn with invisibility.

So if they are spawning on normal difficulty, is that a bug?

No, game balancing has changed.
