I can confirm, this happens all the time when im switching between hypixel server and my realm.
When you pick block a red wool, you don't get white wool, even though white wool is wool's default data value. How many times do I have to repeat myself?
Confirmed. I am guessing this is because half of the mob is not actually in the world, and mobs which aren't in the world presumably don't burn or don't have the same spawn mechanics.
Yeah, I've heard that excuse mate, but no matter what the NBT data is, different colour banners have different DATA VALUES! If you pick block on a coloured of wool (which does have a data value) you get that colour wool!
Could not reproduce, did you give yourself the 'Getting an Upgrade' achievement first.

i don't think they should follow nether warts, they aren't exactly 'seeds', their more just a plant that grows somewhere where you don't even get chickens (with the exception of Chicken Jockeys where the rider is a baby pitman, but thats too rare to be considered)
also its been duplicated 6 times, something that is considered a bug by the vast majority of the community can surely be considered a bug no matter what the devs think, we are the ones who play the game and support the game, and if pretty much all of us are against something that IS a bug then that bug deserves fixing!
i don't care who set it, this report has a lot of support and votes and if the mojang debs quickly rethought this they would realise that there are so many factors that make this a bug, not only the fact that no-one likes the 2D model, the hotbox problem where the hitbox is visible through the window, the fact that it was at one point 3D, and the fact that 3D is naturally better than 2D!
can people please vote for this! it is a pretty serious bug, while the chunk loading speed is supposed to be faster it turns out it can sometimes be SLOWER than 1.7!
no-one can just say Works as Intended after a bug report gets lots of votes and everyone in the comments supports 3D doors!
i don't care about seeing outside, it looks better and refuse to acknowledge that this works as intended, again 3D > 2D

This isn't works as intended because the data values were there before, then they were replaced by the square brackets which WERE a bug.
When they were fixed the data values hadn't come back, which IS also bug.
Another thing that makes 3D textures essential for the new doors is the hotboxes, what with a 2D texture you can actually view the hitbox from behind but not the texture (making it look like there is an invisible block there even though the door is there).
While this wasn't really a problem with oak and iron it is very apparent with jungle and especially acacia doors.
well thats one step back from before, 3D is better than 2D therefore its the oak and iron doors that should've changed
So? This doesn't make my bug report invalid, every command should print either a success or a failure message.
Why is this works as intended!? There is no reason why this shouldn't work and it would improve the game if it was to be in the game!
