[MC-43356] Freezing/fps drop after 5/10 min of playing

Minecraft ALONE starts freezing after some time

What I expected to happen was...:
Not freeze

What actually happened was...:
Freezes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play 5-10 minutes lag free with constant 60 fps
2. Pull hair out with freezes lasting 10-15 seconds a piece with NO framerate and then works for a second or two and freezes again, only restarting fixes it temporarily
Its a new alienware m18x, with dual 765m's, I can triple box games like EVE with no issues. nothing else freezes with minecraft, cpu usage stays at like 4-5% memory usage stays low as well, minecraft states its only using 10%ish of the 1gb of ram...

Let me know what other information would be helpful and I will be sure to include it

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Additionally, please attach the complete output of the "Development console" tab of the launcher whiler you are lagging.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
