[MC-4370] minor bug with commands

jump into lava, then hit enter on a /gamemode 1 command and you will die in creative. whats worse is that you cant click title screen or respawn.

Cannot confirm either. Did you switch to creative mode just as you died?

1: jump into lava in survival
2: switch to create the SECOND you die
3: you should end up at the same screen as I attached.
4: after closing the client and restarting it works fine, i can go to tile screen or respawn, still creative.
My guess is that as i died, the command was still being process by the server.
NOTE: this was on a server at my house, and both my computer and the server have a Pentium D 2.8 GHz CPU, nothing even remotely fast...
My pc is 64 bit win7 with 4 gb ram, and the server (which was also doing things at the time) has winxp and only 1 GB ram.

might be why you cannot reproduce. if you want to try my server to see if it was a lag issue, go ahead. i can comment the ip if need be

I found that resising the window also does this
