Minecraft crashes after i press play

I launch minecraft and everything goes good and fine, i then will press the play button and it will crash and give me an error code..

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the game to run and put me at the home screen, so i can choose between multiplayer or singleplayer..

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed and gave me this error code:
