[MC-44018] Arrows sometimes pass through Giants on water

Giants on land always take damage from arrows that hit, but for Giants on water, the arrow sometimes just passes through.

Giants are not supported.

I used the /summon Giant command, which is included in the 1.7.4 update.

Quite clear, nevertheless, take the Giants as they are, currently there will be no bugs fixed with them.
