[MC-44044] Setblock Command Not Placing

For some reason, whenever I try to set a block using a command block and the set block command, it either says unknown command or block couldn't be placed.

Why do you think I'm doing that? I'm replacing a redstone block with air. Where did you even get that idea?

Can you show us screenshots of the coordinates where the command is being executed?

Check if you're using the right coordinates. Use stone instead of air to verify.

These are the exact coordinates (with stone) : setblock ~ ~1 ~1 stone.
I tried doing it in a different area, but it worked there. I'm stumped.
