[MC-44051] Keybind for pasting clipboard text on OSX is Ctrl+V, not Cmd+V

To paste text into chat, or GUI fields, the system standard OSX keybind Cmd+V does not work. Instead, the user is required to type Ctrl+V like on windows platforms, which may be confusing for OSX users used to the standard way
