Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
After paying for the game online I received an email that said I was supposed to get another email with instructions about how to download the game. I never received the email. I went to my profile in Mojang and downloaded the game after I try to create a world in creative mode I get an error mesage (the description is above) and I can't fix the problem.

*What actually happened was..
I'm very frustrated because I don't know much about any of the issues with minecraft. I was expecting to download the game and play it. After spending a few hours researching on the issue with my mom I still can't play the game. At this point if the issue can't be solve today i want my money back. All I want to do is play a game.

I don't have time to spend trying to figure out how to play a game that i already paid for. It has taken me 3 hours already and my son is in tears because we can't figure this out. If this game is meant for programmers and computer geeks then it should have been stated before I bought it. This is too frustrating I want someone to fix this or I want my money back.

I already looked up for the bug and according to the search the bug had never been reported. Maybe the description was not right because I don't understand/know the language and I don't really understand the problem. The only thing I see is that the game don't work and there should be a simple solution that shouldn't take more than a few minutes to fix.

I can understand your frustration, but in this case it's the Antivirus' program's fault.
