If there are many trapdoors in an area, they will begin to open or close by themselves at random.

Forced crash report, as requested.

Hmm would there be anything that could trigger block updates next to the trapdoors? Could you attach a screenshot of your setup?
Front and rear views. There isn't anything around to set them off, the only redstone in the entire build is 2 lamps in the towers, and the trapdoors around those are the only ones not acting up. Otherwise the trapdoors around the edge walls will slowly flip down, and when I try closing them, other ones around the build will flip, acting almost as if there's a limit on how many trapdoors can be in a closed position at once, if that makes sense.
UPDATE: I took a closer look at the build, and realized I had used un-tethered tripwire hooks as decoration on the inside, opposite of the trapdoors that were flipping. I use them so rarely for redstone work I forgot they are technically redstone devices. Although, like I said they were untethered and should not have have been putting out any signal, yet they were still causing the trapdoor on the other side of the block to flip over (Not right away mind you, but gradually, like a BUD switch sort of thing, don't ask me how, but it is), so that mystery is solved, however I don't think tripwire hooks are supposed to behave like this. So that might be a seperate bug altogether?
