[MC-44382] blockdata command with signs

The block data command does not work with signs.
I used:

/blockdata ~ ~1 ~ {Text1:"hi!"}

It's says that it's changed it but it didn't!

Just tested it, what I meant was relogging the map, I wanted to see if it was an issue with the sign not updating (relogging would therefor read the data again). However I found that the data isn't even being saved.

Interesting. I figured out what I did wrong. I wasn't putting quotations around the text.
