[MC-44542] Tools with CanDestroy set to allow the breaking of certain blocks don't display proper block name on the tooltip (English (US) language only)

How to reproduce:

Give yourself such a tool and look at its tooltip.

/give @p minecraft:diamond_pickaxe 1 0 {CanDestroy:[minecraft:skull]}

Interestingly, other places where stone's name is displayed (for example in the inventory or hovering over the output of /give @p stone are not broken.

15w37a For minecraft:skull this affects all languages and should be either item.skull.skeleton.name or get an own translation as tile.skull.skeleton.name does not exist.

Note: tile.skull.skeleton.name is also the wrong translation as you can break then all skulls

Yes sorry for that. I was irritated by a JIRA bug, when you enter a comment while having a list of reports and then click on a different report, you are asked if you really want to leave the page. In case you click "Cancel" you still see the same report but the selected report in the list (blue background) changes.

The translation for skulls is missing for all blocks. I suggest therefor closing this ticket and putting skulls in either MC-64455 or MC-89785.
