[MC-44543] world generation errors with messed up village and indefinable construction of granite

Tried to reproduce it, but it only works with a small chance.
In the middle of the messed up village is something indefinable builded out of granite

This happens when world generation code changes. Recommendations are to start a new map, or smooth edges using a 3rd party program.
