Well I was walking around a desert and just found some red mushrooms had spawned on the sand.

I can Confirm that there are mushrooms at these cords, i start a world, set to night so the sun doesn't pop the shrooms. then /tp to the cords.

generated right next to cactus. This is very prolific on this seed. that's just one spot.
