[MC-44658] Water causes Grass to turn into Dirt

Water causes Grass to turn into Dirt as if putting a solid block on top. Changes to Dirt VERY quickly. Placed down Water to remove Carpet from my flat Grass world, when the Water was removed, there were random spots of dirt where there was Grass beforehand (SinglePlayer, Vanilla, Default Resource Pack, Done at Night, not sure about Day, was able to replicate over and over again)

It did. Water decreases the light level, and during the night, it becomes just dark enough to turn the grass into dirt. This has been used a lot in the past for day/night detectors. Thus this works as intended.
