[MC-44893] /kill Not Killing Invulnerable Entity

If You Summon An Entity With the Invulnerable tag Eg; /summon Cow ~ ~1 ~  {Invulnerable:1} and kill it with the kill command Eg: /kill @e[Type=Cow] It Will Not Work, Even Though The Console Says It Has. Note When You Hover Over The 'Killed Cow' It Has No UUID

I can confirm that the /kill doesn't work and it still displays a 'Killed entity_name_here' message, but if you hover over the entity_name_here part, it does display a UUID(Hovering over 'Killed' doesn't show, but that is intended).

Please do not mark unreleased versions (anything starting with "Future Version") as affected. You don't have access to them yet.

confirmed. It does work on non-mobs I guess. at least /kill does work on invulnerable minecarts and itemframes. I did not test the other entities.
