when im doing /kill @e[type=pig] or just any command with @e and than i press enter its just closing the chat with no error message,its dosent work only if you have tag like[type=player],and the new tp isnt working with @e

/kill @e[type=pig]

Cannot confirm, both commands work appropriately.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

you aren't using brackets when typing the arguments.

@Brandon - He is, it's a problem with the formatting on the JIRA when people do not use the proper wrappers.

These two are the same command, the JIRA just doesn't handle it well...

Plaintext:
/kill @e[type=pig]

Code Wrapper:

/kill @e[type=pig]

There is sure a bug, because, the command you executed worked well, but at the moment, when Minecraft doesn't find the object you are searching, it wont show an error message.

Youre mistake is, that the type must be written with a big capital letter:
/kill @e[type=Pig]
