I think there is a bug with iron bars because they are no longer transparent i'm not using a resource pack or anything besides the default

What I expected to happen was...:
The iron bars to be somewhat see through

What actually happened was...:
The bars have a flat gray texture where normally it would be transparent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place iron bars has to be snapshot 14w03a
