[MC-45040] /give not working

I am testing commands using command blocks and when my command blocks try to give a item using /give it drops the item near the player.

Cannot confirm, /give @p minecraft:command_block gives to the player and pick-up cannot be avoided.

Please provide the /give command you issued.

/give @a[score_seen=0] minecraft:iron_sword 1 0 {display:{Name:"Zombie Killder/Web Remover"},CanDestroy:["web"]}

Cannot confirm.
Sword is added to the inventory of the player, not dropping to the ground.
