What I expected to happen was...:
Image not to be all over the place on my screen
What actually happened was...:
Well i have a attachment so you can probably see in that + the lapis button enchant does not show up.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. maybe resize the image.

Your using a texture pack that hasn't added the feature. You need to update the texture pack. You should still be able to interact with the GUI properly, even though it doesn't appear as though you can.
ok plus im going to upload another issues again with hovering over blocks it says "minecraft:planks".
You are using an outdated resource pack. This is not a Minecraft issue. This is your issue. Switch to default until the resource pack gets updated.
