[MC-45058] Testforblock doesn't work on Sign

Testforblock, doesn't testfor sign.
Command: testforblock ~ ~1 ~ sign (or minecraft:sign, or 323)
Output: [19:40:15] There is no such block with ID/name sign

Please do not mark unreleased versions (anything starting with "Future Version") as affected. You don't have access to them yet.

There is no "sign", it's either "wall_sign" or "standing_sign". This is no bug.
