/clone item container disorientation

I was testing the /clone command, I found out that item containers that were facing west, north or east always automatically face south when you clone them using the /clone command

What I expected to happen was...:
That the container faced the way I originally placed it

What actually happened was...:
The container faced south instead of west.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an item container facing west, north or east
2. Clone the container using the /clone command
3. The container will now face south

I hope I helped!

Redstone torches are also affected in a way related to this. If the redstone torch is facing north or west, it will not be cloned at all. Doesn't occur with normal torches, unsure what other blocks are completely ignored based on their directional facing.

Mostly because Searge already assigned it to himself.
