/clone doesn't always save block rotations for TileEntities

Steps to reproduce:

• Place some chests/dispensers/droppers/furnace... in a certain arrangement (Dispensers are best as you can place them in 6 dimensions)

• Clone this to a different location

• They will usually face south/east when cloned
