Particle Visibility w/ Slime Blocks

When looking at SLIME BLOCKS

When there are PARTICLES between the player and the SLIME BLOCKS

The Particles appear to be BEHIND the Slime Blocks instead of IN FRONT.

This applies to All Particles such as Rain or Smoke or Potion Effects or Portal Effects.
