While updating my skin to this new upgrade, I found a bug that seems to only effect the jacket layer. I checked it any other layers get effected but I have no knowledge of that happening besides the jacket.
The jacket appears enchanted with only an enchanted leg piece equipped.
It's the front, and back of the jacket. (Probably all sides, as well)
Confirmed.
