When I was trying to create a FallingSand spawner I found out the sand was still turning into items when broken even after I added the "doTilesdrop false" gamerule, tested it with normal falling sand and it did the same thing.
What I expected to happen was...:
The sand to be completely destroyed by a torch without turning into an item.
What actually happened was...:
The sand was destroyed by the torch but left an item behind.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put "/gamerule doTilesdrop false" into chat
2. Place torch on ground
3. Have sand fall on it.
