[MC-4529] travel.ogg sound is disabled

I found a simple small bug. travel.ogg sound is disabled while travelling between dimensions.

This was taken out in 1.3 if I am correct.

Oh. I didn't know it was taken out that early. Lol. Sounds were always off for me at the time. Either way, any Moderator able to change this "bug" status?
