This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only. For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.

@Jar_ Careful about recommending RAM increases without knowing the specs of the system.

Description: Registering texture
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Resource Packs: [Inter_Realistic_Pirate_Pack_512_V1.7.4.zip]

The user is using a resource pack which takes more VRAM, and Intel video cards use the system RAM. Allocating more RAM to MC may deplete the assigned VRAM making the issue worse. This needs to go to technical support.
