I started up my snapshot world. Recently, in said world, I've been organizing my objects by their types. When I went to open my food chest, I found all my cooked fish and cooked salmon missing. Just those two types are missing, and my uncooked versions also remain unaffected.

This only affects coming from an older snapshot, and is thus not something we will fix. You are advised in the launcher to backup regularly, and that snapshots can and will corrupt your world.
