When you do the command under you get a strange crosshair, I think it's a bug but IDK

Command: /particle lava ~ ~1 ~ 1 1 1 0.5 200 Chicken

I didn't have any Resource pack on.

This is a new feature part of the F3 Debug options. Toggle F3 to turn it off

Pretty sure the crosshair does that when you press F3, atleast it does for me.

odd. i had the debug screen up before i switched to spectator mode and i still had regular cursor until i switched to spec mode
