Standing on exact X.0 Z.0 coordinates prevents breaking/placing block in North West

If standing on a coordinate exactly x.0 z.0 (ex: 0.0 56 0.0), the bounding box appears to disappear for anything North-West (angle 90 to 180) of where you're standing. No blocks can be placed or broken in that area.

As long as the coordinates are slightly off from exactly .0 (ex: 0.00001 56 0.0), this does not occur.

Applies to Survival as well.

Confirmed. By the way, to teleport to this location, type /tp 0.0 y 0.0 (remember the .0)

Still occurs in 1.5.1

Additionally, using a spawn egg on a block to the northwest of the player has no effect, while using one on an animal to breed it works, but only if the parent has moved since the player has teleported. Similarly, newly-spawned animals in the affected area cannot be attacked until they have moved.
