Transparent blocks, such as flowers and tall grass are darker in sunlight.
What I expected to happen: Transparent blocks do not affect light level of sunlight.
Steps to reproduce: Play a world on 14w04a, and place tall grass in sunlight. You will notice that the space inside it becomes darker. This is especially noticeable with smooth lighting OFF.
