Transparent blocks are much darker

Since 14w04a the block occupied by transparent blocks such as tall grass, flowers, fences etc. looks darker, as if shadowed; it looks much more evident with no Smooth Shading. The block's light level seems not to change, though.

This issue is probably caused by the fix of MC-2399
