1st. Let me say this is able to be preformed under any " Game Mode " as-long as you have an anvil,
First off, you grab one of the fancy new enchantment books, and you go ahead and grab another block, in fact, grab any block you want! I chose bedrock since it would be funny to see.
Second, put the bedrock in the first slot of the anvil, and put whatever enchantment book inside the second slot,
Third, enchant! Wow! I see you have a sharp 5 flame 2 bedrock my buddy, that sucks that it won't ever break!

Unable to reproduce in survival. Your screenshots are done in creative. As stated by Dinnerbone in MC-4203 beeing able to enchant every item is intended in creative.
