[MC-45747] Item frames cant be placed and allready places drop down

All placed item frames in the World dropped down and are item on the floor where they where placed.
Item frames wont be placed, it doesnt allow me.

Fixed just a second ago, you'll need to restart the client.

All the item frames on our server's map still popped off, to. Even after redownloading the current version of 14w04b and restoring a backup with not-off-dropped frames.

It's not that big of a deal mostly, rather one of the bugs/glitches of mold annoyance.
