[MC-46048] Server .jar file 116 bytes too small after transferring

Using the newest snapshot downloaded from the official website,
my online server produces this error over and over again, and can't be accessed by any client.
ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/local/gamed/libs/no_chmod.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.
Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile /home/s470427/Minecraft/minecraft_server.jar

Ok, it might be caused by my FTP program (I'm using FileZilla)
The transfered .jar-file is 116 bytes smaller than the original file
