The wrong facing is a Duplicate of MC-45763

I know about the wrong facing, this report says that the items are smaller in size and in a different position inside the space of the item frame than in 1.7.4.

The "Centered Incorrectly" part is the opposite of MC-8662 which claims to be fixed in 14w04a

Not sure if it's a bug, but you'll also notice that items (especially blocks) in 1.8 frames are significantly smaller in size as well. Worth noting...
