[MC-46116] Command Block Testfor

Hey im trying to make a command block test for a player thats 3 blocks away from it please Help!
the comand im using is

/testfor @e[type=Player,r=1,_3,,~]

No, the command kill @e[type=!player] doesn't work. in the last snapshot

you cannot have relative cords in a selector
this is still is invalid

In addition to what @unknown said, it's Player, not player.

@e[type=!Player]
