[MC-46236] Inventory bug

Inventory is broken in Creative mode.
What I expected to happen was...:
Normal Inventory
What actually happen was...:
The inventory was crazy.

Unable to reproduce in Minecraft 14w04b.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Can't do it again I ques it was after I was playing with command block; I tested /kill @e [r=100] And I got too close to command block An d died then I returned to Menu and went back to World And press respawn.

According to the log that you posted, you have shader effects active:

[16:38:24] [Client thread/INFO]: Selecting effect minecraft:shaders/post/color_convolve.json

Does this issue occur when you don't have shader effects active?
