[MC-46272] MC Realms button disappeared

Starting with the first 1.8 snapshot and beyond, the "Minecraft Realms" button is gone from the main menu! I know I am an alpha tester, for I can see and still use the Realms feature in 1.7 and below. I don't know if it's a feature (the button doesn't show up if no realms you play on are up to date with the version you're using, or something), but just in case.

The realms button is present when corresponding version available for that user exist. Since presently all realms are in 1.7.4, there are none available for the snapshots, and thus the button is not visible.

Ah, so I was correct in that it's a feature, not a bug. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Indeed it is a feature, though I am not certain that it is well documented (if at all) anywhere.

As I am one of the lucky few that got access to realms for the 1.6.4 update, I'm working on heavily modifying the Realms page on the Wiki to include everything I have learned about realms. I will put this feature there.
